Thomas Lyte Team Up with Sporting Club for Sports Awards Dinner

The Sporting Club are delighted to announce that Thomas Lyte, the world’s leading sports trophy makers, will be designing the award trophies for our inaugural Sports Awards Gala Dinner on November 28th this year at London’s Royal Lancaster Hotel. Thomas Lyte, good friends of the club, are responsible for the likes of The FA Cup, the Webb Ellis Rugby World Cup, the Guinness Six Nations Trophy, the Nitto ATP World Tour Singles Trophy, the Davis Cup, the British Grand Prix Trophy and will now add the SC Sports Awards to their impressive body of work. They are working on creating a highly original and prestigious award for our ten, inaugural mainstream winners plus a stand out trophy for our Lifetime Achievement Award winner, which will be the climax of the evening. In keeping with the stellar theme for the night the Sporting Club have turned to the best in the business when it comes to trophy design and we are looking forward immensely to working with Thomas Lyte on this ambitious project.

The Sports Awards will feature ten A lister presenters awarding these trophies to ten A lister winners, plus the Lifetime recipient. Brian McFadden is also singing at the dinner and other acts will be announced shortly. We will also be raising funds for the NSPCC.
